What we store

Only the fields you type, plus the exact consent wording you accept and the moment you accept it. We do not store your browser’s user-agent string, and we do not store your IP address with your request — only a keyed, irreversible hash of it.

One exception, stated plainly: if a submission is stopped by our abuse protections (rate limit, bot check, CSRF), the raw IP address of that blocked attempt is written to our security log, like any other blocked request to this site. That log is separate from your request and is deleted on the security-log schedule.

Your request is held in the EU (Frankfurt) under our Swiss nFADP/GDPR policy. The fields you type and the consent wording you accept are also sent to Resend, our email provider in the United States, solely to deliver your confirmation and notify our team. Everything is deleted automatically after 12 months, and every confirmation email carries a one-click link that erases it sooner.
